How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed directly by Apple. Go to your iPhone Settings → Tap your Name → Subscriptions → House Inspector AI → Cancel.

Can I get a refund?

Since payments are processed by Apple, we cannot issue refunds directly. Please contact Apple Support to request a refund.

App Functionality

Why is the camera screen black?

This usually means the app doesn't have permission to use your camera. Go to iPhone Settings → House Inspector → Toggle 'Camera' to ON.

How accurate are the repair estimates?

Estimates are based on local labor and material cost databases. They are intended for negotiation and budgeting but should be verified by a licensed contractor before starting work.

Reports

Where are my PDF reports saved?

Reports are saved in the 'Reports' tab of the app.
