House Inspector organizes visible observations from user-supplied photos. It is designed for documentation and question preparation, not definitive diagnosis.
Inputs and observations
Results depend on image clarity, lighting, angle, distance, user context, and whether the relevant area is visible. The system may describe apparent patterns such as staining, cracking, corrosion, deterioration, or missing components.
Cost-range approach
Any cost shown is an indicative planning range, not a quote. Actual scope depends on location, access, labor, materials, permits, concealed damage, system size, finish quality, and market conditions. Users should obtain written local estimates.
Confidence and validation
Uncertainty should rise when images are incomplete or multiple causes are plausible. Users are directed to licensed inspectors and relevant specialists for testing, diagnosis, and repair scope. Content is updated when product behavior or authoritative guidance changes.
